Following are some suggestions to some of the more common issues.
Receiving an error when starting the game.
This is typically due to device incompatibility with the game. There are numerous models of Android phones and they often have small differences that can cause issues with applications.
You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well as making sure your device has all latest Android updates. If the game still does not work, then the device is likely not compatible.
If you have a friend or family member with a different model of phone, you can try to install the game on their device. If it works on another device, then it is a device compatibility issue.
Please note that Oalkin has been tested on all Android OS from API 26 to current. This covers about 90% of android devices in use, but it does not cover every model.
Not credited for in game purchases.
This is typically an error where the user thought the purchase was made, but the transaction did not go through. Please check your billing to make sure you were charged.

Lost account name or password.
To protect ourselves and users from the possibility of personal information being stolen, we do not track or store any user information on our servers or databases.
For instance, we do not have your Google email, Google account name or any other identifying information about you. We use Google sign-in because it is secure and removes
the need for us to keep any personal information in our databases. If you are unable to login to your Google account, you will need to work with Google
directly on this.
